A note from the founder
I started Kitchio because I kept watching local restaurants hand over a third of every delivery order to the apps. The food, the staff and the customers are theirs. The money should be too.
Kitchio is new, so I'll be honest: there's no wall of reviews here yet. What you get instead is me. I'll build your site myself, answer your messages myself, and keep improving it until it earns you more than it costs.

Questions restaurants ask us
Who delivers the orders?
For now, your own riders. You set your delivery area and fees, and each delivery order shows the customer's address and phone number on your kitchen screen. Automatic courier booking is on our list for restaurants without drivers.
Can I keep using Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo?
Yes. Most restaurants keep the apps so new customers can find them, and use Kitchio for regulars. Put your QR code and web address in every bag, and your regulars start ordering from you direct.
I'm not good with computers. Is this for me?
Yes. We build and set up everything, including your menu. Day to day, your staff tap one button to accept an order and another when it's ready. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Kitchio.
What equipment do I need?
Any tablet, laptop or phone with a web browser for the kitchen screen. For printed tickets, any 80mm receipt printer that device can print to. There's nothing you have to buy from us.
Can customers pay cash?
Not yet. Online orders are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, before the order reaches your kitchen, so there are no unpaid orders.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Kitchio never touches your money. We'll help you set up Stripe if you don't have it.
Is there a contract?
No. It's £35 a month and you can cancel whenever you like. Your customer list stays yours if you leave.
What if something goes wrong on a busy night?
Email hello@kitchio.co.uk or message us on Instagram, and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. You can also pause online orders from the kitchen screen at any time with one switch.
